SKK attaches great importance to the protection of personal data. In this privacy policy we want to provide clear and transparent information about how we handle personal data.

We do everything in our power to safeguard your privacy and therefore handle your personal data with utmost care. SKK complies in all cases with applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming). This means that we in any case:


– Process your personal data in accordance with the purpose for which it was provided, the following purposes and the types of personal data described in this privacy policy.
– Limit the processing of your personal data to only the data that is minimally required for the purposes for which they are processed.
– Formally request your consent if we need it to process your personal data.
– Take appropriate technical and/or organisational measures to ensure the security of your personal data.
– We will not pass your personal data onto third parties, unless this is required for the purposes for which they were provided.
– We are aware of your rights regarding your personal data and therefore we would like to specify your rights and respect them.

For what purposes do we process personal data?
Your personal data is processed by SKK for the following purposes:
– Entering into placement agreements
– Entering into employment contracts

For the above-mentioned purposes, we may request the following personal data from our clients and/or employees:
– Name, address, place of residence, email address, telephone number
– IBAN number (for employees: a copy of their bank card)
– BSN number (social security number) of parent and child
– Copy of identification (ID card/passport/EU drivers licence)
– Date of birth
– Education
– Copy of medical insurer (employees)

Provision to third parties
We may provide the personal data, that you provide to us, to third parties if this is necessary for the purposes described above. For example, we use a third party for payroll administration, IT management, our child planning system and the tax authorities. We do not share personal data with any other third parties with whom we do not have a data processing agreement. We make agreements with these parties (processors) to ensure the security of your personal data.

Furthermore, we will not share the personal data that you provide to us to any other parties, unless this is legally required or permitted. An example of such a case, is that the police requests (personal) data from us in the context of an investigation. In this case, we are legally required to cooperate and
are therefore legally obliged to provide this information to the police. We may also share personal data with third parties if you give us written permission to do so.

Retention period
SKK does not store personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or is required by law.
Security SKK has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unlawful processing. We have taken the following measures:

– Backup and recovery procedures
– The security of network connections (internally and externally managed)
– The administrative authority to process data is assigned to a limited amount of people
– Encryption of personal data via electronic data transfers (system-to-system links) to third parties
– Code of conduct
– Confidentiality clauses in employment contracts
– Alarm systems at our childcare locations and head office
– Access control via passwords and and/or personal access codes
– Password policy
– Data processing agreements with third parties
– Two-factor authentication

Rights regarding your personal data
You have the right to inspect, rectify or delete your personal data that we have in our possession. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data (or part thereof) by SKK or by one of our data processors with which we have a data processing agreement. It is also in your right to request that we provide you with the personal data that we are in possession of. We may request you to legally identify yourself before we can respond to the aforementioned requests.

Complaints
If you have a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data, we urge that you contact us. If we, regrettably, cannot resolve the issue together, you have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoons gegevens), which is the Dutch supervisory authority in the field of privacy.
